Jimmy Neutron is just your regular, average boy genius. He has blue eyes, brown hair, and a huge brain. He also might just love someone that he hates.... *cough*CindyVortex*cough*. He's your normal 11 year old boy, with his robot dog named Goddard that he built himself for the science fair. His best invention, as it hasn't exploded or started wrecking havoc on the little town of Retroville. 

Dangerously unstable human being....That's Hispanic Sheen for ya! Sheen's hyperactive personality is the perfect thing to finish off the show. The show wouldn't be funny without his comedic input! The things he says about Ultralord, or the nicknames he comes up for Libby, are the best!

Carl Wheezer, the test subject of many of Jimmy's inventions and experiments, is also Jimmy's best friend. He has red hair and black eyes. After Love Potion, he's had a huge crush on Jimmy's mom, Judy Neutron. The way he talks about her, you'd think that he loves her almost more than he loves llamas!
